I Don’t Get My Parents

May 21, 2009 - 2 Responses

I know my parents want the best for me and I do really love them, but sometimes they drive me crazy!  I mean just today I’m waiting outside for my fencing lesson to begin and Spec comes along and says hello.  I think he is really cute and I don’t know if he notices me or not, but my Father comes outside and says, “Well Spec, do you have girls as pretty as my daughter on your planet of Machoo?”

Honestly, I could have just died.  How could my Father have said such a thing?????

Spec was so nice, he just winked at me and said to my Father, “King Daveau,  at risk of making Princess Kimma blush, I have to say that her beauty is talked about across the Idea Seeker Universe.  It is not just the way she looks outside, but it is her beauty inside — her kindness to animals, her constant fight against the Clouds that would make people mean and her helpful unclouding of people who have become warrior drones for the Darkness by bullying and name calling of others.  Her actions are what makes her someone you want to be around.”

OMG, can you believe he said that?  He is sooooo cute.

I don’t think my Father even heard because his next question was about Spec’s hovercraft and then they walked away together to go look at it.  Men!    Does anyone else’s Father say or do things that embarass them or is it only me?

OMG! Tra can be such a pig!

So I was hanging out with Spec the other day (yay!) and he was telling me all about how he and his sister Tra went to Kapokville to have a cookout and when they got there, all these Idea Seekers were already grilling and had this HUGE spread put together! Zador hot dogs, Super Burgers, the works! And I guess Tra just freaked out and started eating everything she could find! Lol! She usually doesn’t think before doing things (that’s why she needs TWO Patience Plant Babies!), but wow, Gluttony Cloud really did a number on her that time!

According to Spec, Gluttony Cloud’s been hanging out in Kapokville a lot ever since the weather on Sarillion started getting nicer. Yay, Spring is here! But watch out for that Gluttony Cloud…he wants everyone to overeat and get fat, and to do it while eating food that’s not grown locally and trucked in from long distances using all kinds of fossil fuels! Not good! Keep your Balance Plant Babies powered up!

It’s Sarillion Day!

Wow, I haven’t written a lot in there the past month! Sorry gang! I’ve been really busy organizing some parties and stuff for Sarillion Day. What’s that, you ask? It’s the holiday my dad, King Daveau, started last year. it was inspired by Earth Day, which is celebrated on the home planet of my friends Skeeter, Dumonde, and Riley!

We’re going to have a party in the Restaurant starting tomorrow, which is when the Sarillion Day festivities start. I also heard a rumor that there’s going to be a Sarillion Day-themed Training Mission! What fun!

I did a practice setup for the party in the Restaurant tomorrow, and he’s what it’s gonna look like:

Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t written much lately, but I’ve been super busy with my dad’s Idea Seeker Prophets! They’ve been working on the new Home Page for Idea Seekers and Allies! It’s gonna really help new visitors to Sarillion learn how to get around.

Everyone already has a new view of the yard in front of their House showing up on their Home Page now! What do you think? Do you like how it looks? Does it make getting around the site easier? My dad, King Daveau, wants to know what you think! Leave a comment!

Wow! We’re gonna get to hang out on Washi soon!

You guys! My mom and dad have been overseeing this new place on Washi called the “Faithful Friends Corner” and it’s looking soooooo cool! My new friend Electra Mustaine was trying to teach kids on Earth how to take care of their pets, but the Clouds were trying to stop her! So in order to go into hiding, my parents made this hiding spot for her on Sarillion’s moon, Washi! Here’s a photo I took of it:

We’re gonna be allowed to walk around there pretty soon! Just you wait!

I got my room back to normal…

…and it was a bit of work, but whew! All done. Thanks to everyone who came to the Valentine’s Day party over the weekend! That mean Proud Cloud and Jealousy Cloud tried to ruin it, but everyone kept their Plant Babies powered up and that kept everything running smoothly! Yay! It was a lot of fun.

My dad, King Daveau, tells me Proud Cloud’s still creeping around trying to cause trouble, though. Good thing he’s got a Training Mission set up to fight back against him this week! Last time I checked…hmm, let’s see…oh hey! Team Green Panda Bear currently has the most Team Points! Way to go guys! Keep it up and 10,000 Virtual Points will be yours! Hee, you could spend it all on clothes in my clothing shops if you wanted…

Valentnine’s Party at my place!

February 13, 2009 - 4 Responses

I’m having a party in my room all weekend! I told all the Idea Seekers and Allies that I’d host a Valentine’s Day Party in my room if we raised a million Virtual Points for the Wisconsin Humane Society, and we did it! So exciting! Now my room’s all decorated for Valentine’s weekend. Come stop by! I have all kinds of food and fun for you!

Watch out for Proud Cloud, though! Oooh! He’s been floating around and trying to get all the Team Leaders to get in fights because they won’t stop bragging about how much their Team worked to help the animals. Don’t they realize that who did the most isn’t important? The fact that EVERYONE donated and did their part–that’s what’s important! I guess I should warn everyone to bring their Humor Plant Babies to the party to make sure they don’t fall under Proud Cloud’s misty spell!

Here’s a photo I took of my room. Doesn’t it look cool?

Kimma's Valentines Room

Give a Valentine’s Day gift to the animals!

February 2, 2009 - 2 Responses

Whew! Since the Waterfall’s algae bloom went away thanks to everyone’s help (way to clean up all the trash in the Waterfall, gang!), I’ve moved on to another important project. My friends Skeeter and Riley tell me that on Earth, Valentine’s Day is coming up, which I guess is a holiday where everyone give everyone else sweets and acts all friends to each other and stuff. Well, I thought that sounded really nice, so I thought i’d try to get all the Idea Seekers to give a Valentine’s Day present to Sarillion’s animals!

The Fountain of Giving in front of the Palace is set to raise Virtual Points for some animals that need help from the Idea Seekers and Allies! There have already been a ton of donations, which is just super! Boy, the Idea Seekers and Allies sure do respond when animals need their help. Anyway, go check it out, and if we hit our goal, I’m going to throw a party in my room for Valentine’s Day weekend! Oh gosh, you think Spec would go with me? I’m too shy to ask!

Sloth Cloud Attack!

January 21, 2009 - Leave a Response

Spec and I were in the Waterfall cleaning up the recyclable trash when we ran into our pal, Riley the talking dog! He wasn’t helping with the cleanup affort, though–he was lounging next to the water and dipping his feet into the algae bloom! EEEW!

My Persistence Plant Baby walked up to Riley and whispered in his ear. “Riley, girls love dogs, but not after they’ve been wading in the muck!” He snapped right out of it and started picking up trash with us! Suddenly we heard a loud “Aw, MAN!” and it was Sloth Cloud!

“Jeez, why do I even bother clouding people if a stupid Plant Baby’s gonna talk sense into them? This is too much work!” Our efforts are working, everyone! When Sloth Cloud starts to out-lazy himself, we know we’re on the right track!

I guess we know what gets Riley motivated to fight the Clouds now!

Fight Sloth Cloud and the Algae Bloom!

January 19, 2009 - 2 Responses

OMG! As soon as my dad and his workers get the Palace Courtyard Stage fixed, what does Sloth Cloud do? He clouds all the worker’s brains into taking all the trash made from working on the stage and not disposing of it properly! A bunch of it ended up in the Waterfall, and the algae in the water fed off it, and now there’s a huge algae bloom in one of the Waterfalls! The Idea Seeker prophets had to close it off because they said it wasn’t safe to swim in because it’s all slimy and gross!

*sigh* There’s trash all over the Waterfall now! Fortunately, a lot of it is recyclable. If you walk over to a piece of it to pick it up, a hoverboard will appear with a recycling bin on it, waiting for you to toss the recycling right in there! (Dumonde helped to design them based on Spec and Tra‘s hoverboards! Isn’t he smart?)

Each piece of recyclable trash you pick up nets you 10 team points for the Training Mission too! Let’s go!
